About the Role

• Prepare periodic sales reports showing volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Build a pipeline of named accounts working closely with the Product Management, Provisioning, and Project Management.
• Accurately report (daily) and forecast (weekly) sales opportunities, leads, calls and named account relationship progress.
• Track and manage all inbound leads for existing named accounts and implement a process to facilitate lead management of named accounts within Redex.
• Drive new customer acquisitions to grow revenue and profit margin.
• Penetrate defined verticals or partners to establish new business opportunities.
• Identify and qualify strategic new business opportunities.
• Achieve quota and strategic growth plans.
• Assist in the further definition of point solutions and product opportunities.
• Prepare and present large scale, winning proposals.
• Identify and understand the competitive characteristics of key solution providers and
technology partners to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Create, maintain and negotiate strategic teaming and or partner relationships.
• Maintain Sales pipeline tracking and process definition.
• Execute on named accounts, verticals, or geographic market plans.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 3-5 year’s experience in a sales position.

  • Experience working with major technology and/or preferred.

  • Strong business skills with the demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, drive revenue and structure deals.

  • Extensive network of customers in the primary vertical and geographic markets.

  • Demonstrated success in leading major VOIP and data sales efforts.

  • A current network of corporate decision makers, preferably those in the target partner organizations.

  • Proven track record of achieving annual million-dollar quotas.

  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with persuasive presentation skills.

  • Sense of ownership and responsibility, high energy, and self-confident individual.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to effectively foster team building within and beyond his/her work group.
